What is your cancellation policy?


CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Our goal is to provide quality medical spa treatments in a timely manner. To do so we had to implement an appointment/cancellation/no-show/late policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of medical care.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FOR A MEDICAL SPA APPOINTMENT

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing a waitlisted patient from getting treated. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly "full" appointment book. A "no-show" is someone who misses an appointment and doesn’t cancel it in a timely manner. No-shows inconvenience our staff and our busy schedule.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance from the last business day. Appointments are high in demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to be seen.

To cancel an appointment:

  • Sign on to your online Clique Med Spa account to cancel and/or reschedule the appointment, or
  • TEXT 863-270-2915 with the word CANCEL, your Name, Appointment Date and Time, or
  • Call our office at (863)-270-2915 to speak to our front desk or to leave a message of your cancellation.

LATE ARRIVAL FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

We understand that delays can happen, however, we must try to keep the other patients and practitioners on time. If you are running late, please notify the office as soon as possible. If a patient is 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your appointment. The following are charges for appointment cancellations and no- shows at our office: Same Day Cancellation Fee: $50.00 No-Show Fee: $75.00
